The first book organized by COMERTEC group consists in nine articles with topics such as presence and engagement strategy in the digital environment ; relevance of Twitter as a corporate communications tool ; use of CRM to generate competitiveness and profitability for virtual organizations ; moral conflicts in organizational contexts ; changes brought about in the forms of consumption and interaction between stakeholders and organizations; and integrated organizational communication in sports teams.
